Bachelor’s degree with fiscal or accounting courses; OR an Associate’s degree with fiscal or accounting courses and two years of relevant fiscal experience; OR four years of relevant fiscal experience.
Knowledge of computer database systems and Microsoft related applications with the emphasis on Excel, fiscal accounting or bookkeeping. Experience working with diverse communities and contract oversight. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, and ability to work independently.
The incumbent will have administrative responsibilities associated with the Division of HIV Prevention (DHP). Duties will include: the review, processing and tracking of vouchers and budget modifications from contractors, ensuring compliance with approved budgets; resolving problems related to contract vouchers and budget modifications with contractors and contract managers; monitor systems to track contractor spending and produce reports on voucher activities; provide technical assistance to contractors; participate in monitoring site visits as required; maintain systems for the management of initiatives which include a Contract Management database. Other related duties as assigned.
Grant funded position. Compliance with funding requirements such as time and effort reporting, grant deliverables, and contract deliverables, is required.
