High school diploma or equivalent and two years of office and/or project assistant experience.
Associate's Degree. At least one year experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point); answering multi-line telephones for multiple staff; managing calendars and scheduling meetings; performing data-entry; and using an electronic filing system.
The Project Aide will have responsibilities related to project support in the Office of Administration and Contract Management. To fulfill the responsibilities of this position, the incumbent will answer telephones for an office of approximately 20 staff; perform data entry in an internal contract database; manage staff calendars; schedule meetings and conference calls; copy, scan, and mail contract packages and reimbursement vouchers; maintain files for contracts and vouchers; scan/file into an electronic filing system; and perform other duties as assigned.
Grant funded position. Compliance with funding requirements such as time and effort reporting, grant deliverables, and contract deliverables, is required.
