Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience in human resources or an Associate’s Degree and four years of experience in human resources or six years of experience in human resources.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with employee relations. Experience assisting with investigations, writing summaries of findings, and drafting disciplinary notices. Experience reviewing performance evaluations. PHR Certification. Strong knowledge and understanding of state and federal laws and regulations.


The Human Resources Administrator III will assist with the preparation for investigations into employee relations matters and the associated follow up activities. The incumbent will also provide routine guidance to employees, supervisors, and managers on performance management and HRI policies and procedures; assist with the administration of annual evaluations and probation reports; and assist with related trainings. Other related duties as assigned.
