Minimum Qualifications

Four years of administrative, secretarial, and/or office experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous executive administrative experience. Experience handling confidential information. Previous experience in a major program area or large department. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail. Experience maintaining tracking systems. Ability to handle a large volume of work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

In coordination with the Administrative Assistant for the Center for Community Health (CCH), the incumbent will provide administrative support for the CCH Executive Office. Duties will include triaging of all incoming document packages and paperwork that need tracking, approvals by Center management, and subsequent advancing to other parts of the department and/or HRI; communicating, coordinating, and tracking special assignments to/from program staff; serving as an alternate CCH Executive Correspondence Coordinator which entails a high level of confidentiality and coordination assist with the management of Center staff calendars and coordinating meetings; and triaging incoming phone calls; as well as other administrative support functions.
