Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field OR an Associate's degree Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and two years of relevant experience OR four years of relevant experience. 

Preferred Qualifications

At least one year of recruiting experience. Experience in a unionized environment. Experience with an online applicant tracking system.  Experience entering data into an HRIS system; or a similar database. Certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). Proficiency with MS Excel, including vlookups and the creation of pivot tables.


The Human Resources Administrator I will provide support to the recruitment team. Specific duties will include: assisting in the review of recruitment requests; assisting in the review of requests to interview and hire candidates; entering new hire I-9 forms into the Federal E-verify database; setting up evaluation screens for new hires; keying data from probation reports and performance evaluations into OneSolution, HRI's ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software; preparing reports and compiling data; maintaining filing/storage practices and procedures; and issuing and tracking completions for required trainings. Other related duties as assigned.
